Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crawford County and its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys' fees) made or alleged by any third party due to or arising out of (directly or indirectly): (a) your breach of this Agreement, the terms and conditions of use of our website, the Privacy Policy or any of the documents incorporated by reference; or (b) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party relating to your use of this website.
